What is your shipping policy?

Orders will be fulfilled in 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority mail (as selected by you at checkout) with tracking info. For detailed info visit here.

 

What is your return policy?

What makes you an eco-friendly / sustainable business?

We source all of our charms from vintage and closeout warehouses + additional supplies (like our chains, ear wires, jump rings, etc) from eco-friendly & ethical manufacturers specializing in recycled sterling silver/gold vermeil. We also use eco-friendly packaging.

 

Do you sell wholesale?

Do you make custom jewelry?

We do not currently make any custom jewelry. Due to our items being in limited quantities, we do not make variations of them.
